Return & Refund Policy

Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Eligible for Return
Products that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Products with manufacturing defects are eligible regardless of condition.
Not Eligible for Return
Custom-ordered products, MV switchgear (VCB, RMU, Panels), products damaged due to improper installation or use, and products without original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@tektow.com or call +91 83908 12340 within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will arrange pickup at no extra cost for defective items.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. For bank transfers, please allow 2-3 additional days.
Exchange
We also offer exchanges for the same product (different variant) or a product of equal value. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
