Products & Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST unless stated. Prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders if pricing errors occur.
Order & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards via Razorpay. For RTGS/NEFT, contact us directly.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Standard products can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. We facilitate warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer delays or decisions.
Limitation of Liability
TEKTOW is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the order value.
